Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • The tracking device must be returned to us in its original condition.

Process for Refunds:

  1. Initiate a Refund Request:

  2. Return the Tracking Device:

    • Upon approval of your refund request, you will be provided with a return shipping address.

    • Carefully package the tracking device to avoid any damage during transit.

    • Ship the tracking device to the following address:

      The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  3. Inspection and Refund Issuance:

    • Once we receive the returned tracking device, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition.

    • If the device meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds will only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned tracking device.

  • Devices that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
